* Mobil to Sunoco complete site conversions throughout upstate NY completed in 5 weeks.  Work included flex-face canopies, ACM canopy work, vinyl application on canopies and dispensers, temporary signage. Sept./Oct. 2008

* Completed 550 site project including:  signage and dispenser imaging for BP in 7 weeks across 6 states - May/June 2008

* Completed 1,800 site surveys for BP in 3 1/2 weeks - Jan/Feb 2008

*  Built 11,000 sq ft church in 6 months at 25% cost savings over closest bid.  High-end finishes include:  hardwood floors, slate tile, stainless appliances, numerous built-in cabinets, 50" plasma TV's, etc.

*  Completed 182 site project for BP in 3 1/2 weeks - June 2007

*  Completed an average of 400 projects/month ($9 Million total revenue) while reducing budget costs by 16%.  These projects also generated NET profit dollars in excess of $3.5 Million.

*  Developed and directed the start-up of a $7.5M e-commerce logistics and customer service program for the world's 2nd largest petroleum company.

Consulted on the development of $100+ Million opportunity for world-leader in floor care providing:  market-segment research, value propositions, developed operational strategies for North America, selling early-adopter programs to Fortune 500 clients.

*  Increased profitability from $63.5k per employee to $220k per employee by:  eliminating redundancies, training and streamlining of operations.

*  Reversed market share decline, increased sales revenues from $465k to $10.6 M in 1 1/2 years
