DI has been blessed as we've been consistently busy for the past 2 years with very minimal downtime!  Upcoming projects:  Big Foot High School has awarded us the contract to build a new Rec Center office and Cardio Room.  We're also working with them on a variety of other projects for the coming year.

It's been a very busy year.  Recent projects:
- Pilot project for BP including 183 sites in 24 days!
- 11,000 sq ft church underway with anticipated completion in August.

DI is proud to celebrate it's 2nd year anniversary!  DI has been blessed with steady business since its inception.  For nearly 2 years, DI has had an ongoing consulting contract developing numerous aspects of a new product roll-out in conjuction with a Global leader.  Directed Image has provided:  market research, training manuals, product testing, sales, logistics coordination, management of numerous suppliers, etc.  DI is proud to partner with an industry leader.  Product launch is expected soon!

Directed Image has expanded service offerings throughout Ontario, Canada including: Toronto, Ottawa, Kingston, London and Windsor.  Directed Image now has the ability to service customer roll-outs throughout the entire U.S. and this region of Canada! 



April 26, 2005

Given critical time and budget restrictions, Directed Image has been selected to act as an Owners Representative for a $950,000 commercial project in Lake Geneva, WI.  Construction is expected to begin late Q2-2005 and be completed Q4-2005.  Responsibilities include:

- Selection of General Contractor & Architect - including contract negotiations
- Design and Value-Engineering assistance
- Scheduling & Budget monitoring - including approvals of pay applications
- General project management services




January 10, 2005

Directed Image has reached agreement with a Washington D.C. area firm to manage all aspects of acquisition and disposal of Chicago area real estate investments.  The agreement includes acquisition, tear down, new construciton, rehab and resale of properties in excess of $1Million each.



November 15, 2004

One of the nations most recongnizable companies (annual sales in excess of $8 Billion) has contracted with Directed Image to manage market research and all installations aspects of a new product roll-out nationwide.  This is still extremely confidential so more details are not currently available.




July 23, 2004

Pittsburgh, PA based Triumph Properties, LLC has hired Directed Image to manage all construction and maintenance activities relative to its existing real estate holdings in Pennsylvania, Florida and Nevada.  Additionally, Directed Image will handle all new construction, remodel and tenant finish for all future investements.  This work includes:  commercial, residential, industrial and land development.

INK Construction, based in Wichita, KS has formed a strategic alliance with Directed Image to expand its national franchise business in the upper midwest.  INK builds for national clients such as Starbucks, Pizza Hut, La-Z-Boy, Ground Round, Planet Sub and more.
